- Customer Journey Analysis: Participate in customer journey mapping sessions to identify opportunities for improvement in our digital channels.
- Data Mining & Analysis: Analyze customer usage and transaction data to understand behaviour patterns and inform product development decisions.
- Technology Research: Research emerging technologies like blockchain and AI to identify potential applications for our digital channels.
- Content Management: Assist with the creation and maintenance of content for our intranet and public website to support new and existing customers.
- FAQ Development: Contribute to the development of frequently asked questions (FAQs) to address common customer inquiries.
- Open to learning and eager to contribute to a growing team.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and extract meaningful insights.
- A comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle in a digital banking environment.
- Practical experience in data analysis, customer journey mapping, and technology research.
