You will also collaborate across different teams to ensure seamless administrative workflows and effective communication between students, educators, and consultantsdirectly contributing to enhanced student satisfaction and retention rates.Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality student support by addressing learning-related problems and facilitating coordination between product teams and academic departments.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new students, keep precise student records, and promote effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Track students academic progress and offer personalized learning guidance to boost course renewal rates and student referrals.
  • Arrange and supervise students learning schedulesincluding course planning and adjustmentsand ensure proper tracking of course usage.
  • Manage administrative tasks associated with students learning processes, including process support, coordination, and handling of student complaints.
  • Take part in departmental training sessions and assessment activities, and provide timely feedback as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or above.
  • Legally eligible to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident).
  • At least 3 years of work experience in academic operations or student management in an educational institution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with clear and logical expression, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English, and capable of communicating effectively in a bilingual work environment.
