This position will be responsible for supporting the client's mobility program by working closely with the business leaders and Human Resources team to provide support on specific programs, consult on efficiencies, and resolve issues.Functions and Responsibilities:
- Support regional and global client directed pre-assignment initiatives such as reporting needs, group move planning, specialized program support, data queries, status updates on cost estimate or initiation requests, pre-initiation call/service authorization requests and systems testing. Must approach tasks with a solution oriented and consultative support influencing desired outcomes as indicated by the client Talent Mobility team.
- Manage shared mailbox by filtering and redirecting incoming requests and tasks. Responsible for meeting client SLAs and KPIs related to inquiry response time. Act as first level of review on escalations from Envoys, Recruiters, and HR partners and ensure all information is provided to determine course of action.
- Act as regional point of intake for client requests and escalation management related to regional pre-assignment initiatives. Responsible for meeting SLAs and KPIs related to escalation management and resolution.
- Prepare and deliver relocation agreements and support cost estimate work as needed. Responsible for ensuring SLAs and KPIS related to timely relocation agreement delivery, routing, and authorization to Envoy team in region.
- Provide coaching and training support for Program and Initiation Coordinators.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in relocation and in a customer-facing role.
- Direct relocation experience, onsite experience is desirable.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, in high-volume, high-intensity, and fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills include ability to take ambitious questions and understand the need and respond thoughtfully.
- Uncompromising commitment and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and flex to various situations with patience, determination, and persistence to troubleshoot client issues.
- Must be a team player.
- Strong computer skills, including excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, (V-lookup and Pivot Table experience strongly preferred).
- University/College degree preferred.
