- Lead Market-Level Commercial Negotiations: Spearhead airline agreement negotiations within assigned markets to secure competitive terms and drive revenue.
- Cultivate Airline Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with airline partners, prioritizing high-value, strategic partners. Act as the face of Traveloka in assigned markets, representing airline commercials.
- Airlines Operational Management: Manage day-to-day airline operations being the second point of escalations for Customer Support to ensure flight operations run smoothly
- Collaborate Across Teams: Liaise with internal teams in product, marketing, and analytics, customer support to drive supply effectiveness, price competitiveness, inventory optimization and smooth flight operations.
- Stay Industry-Savvy: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of travel and airline industry dynamics, including competitor models, market trends,
- Optimize Systems and Processes: Leverage and refine existing business and operational tools to maximize productivity, ensuring alignment with Traveloka’s operational goals.
- A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Social Science or Tourism from top local or international universities.
- Minimum 3 years in the travel industry, a specific experience in e-commerce or OTA sales and supply is a plus.
- Understanding of basic GDS, airlines or travel agents ticketing and operations.
- Ability to manage and achieve performance targets
- Willingness to travel, conduct partner visits and work beyond office setting as needed
- Excellent communication skills with strong intuitions of airline sectors
