About Our ClientOur client is the global leader in outdoor advertising, with more than 10,000 employees globally and presence in over 80 countries. They have successful partnerships with key locations in Singapore such as Changi Airport, in shopping malls like ION Orchard, Jewel, Raffles City, at bus shelters across the island, in the cinemas and creative media spaces.
They are now looking for someone building good relationships with malls across the country for them to adopt their advertising panels (FOC). This is not a sales role, since the clients are the brands advertising on the panels, which are being covered by another team.Job Description
  • Supporting business growth on acquiring new malls exposure to grow the panels presence in the country
  • Writing winning proposals with compelling arguments, meaningful insights and measurable action plans
  • Assisting in participating tenders, answers Requests for Proposals (RFP)
  • Ensuring proposed advertising programs comply with regulatory guidelines whilst meeting market demands.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders for essential details to make winning offers
  • Building and strengthening relationships with government concession partners through professional servicing, responsive, prompt, and reliable communications.
  • Establishing good relations with relevant regulatory authorities for consult on policies/regulations governing outdoor advertising.
  • Responsible for managing government advertising concessions which includes day-to-day activities such as facilitating campaign approvals, applying for BCA licensing, making prompt communications to key stakeholders, making accurate and timely monthly sales reports, conducting site checks as necessary to ensure fulfilment of contractual obligations
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet contractual obligations such as Project & Operations, deliver quality design and safe implementation of media assets, ensure safe maintenance operations and consistent service standards, attend monthly meetings with government partners and preparation of meeting minutes, accurate and timely submission of routine reports such as sales and maintenance operations reports, sales and Production teams
  • Ensure campaigns are in line with government partners' guidelines and creative executions meet safety requirements.
The Successful Applicant
  • About 3 years in Account Servicing or Business Development role in the Advertising and Media industry
  • Proven track record in winning and retaining partners
  • Good knowledge of Outdoor Advertising industry is a plus
  • Well-versed in MS Office & Power BI
