
Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Community Partnerships

- Establish, strengthen, and sustain meaningful relationships with key stakeholders including HPB, PA, SportSG, government agencies, statutory boards, and community partners.
- Facilitate engagement sessions to align on shared objectives, identify synergies, and explore opportunities for joint initiatives and resource sharing.
- Represent AIC professionally in cross-agency meetings, ensuring clear communication and constructive collaboration.
- Identify and onboard new agency partners to expand the reach and diversity of AAP offerings.
- Work closely with new partners to refine and adapt programme proposals so they are senior-centric, culturally appropriate, and aligned with AAC requirements and national active ageing strategies.
- Provide guidance to agencies to ensure smooth integration into AIC's partnership ecosystem.
- Review, recommend, and implement AAPs that address community needs while promoting healthy, active ageing.
- Partner with internal divisions to ensure programmes meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and desired outcomes.
- Monitor programme effectiveness, gather feedback, and propose enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on programme outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and partnership performance.
- Assist in budget planning, monitoring, and resource allocation for partnership initiatives.
- Provide secretariat support for key meetings with partners and new agencies.
- Take on additional responsibilities and cross-functional tasks as required to meet organisational goals.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in the Healthcare industry with at least 4 years of related working experiences, entry candidates may be considered
