- Initiate or reserve purchase requisitions (PR) and file them in the designated shared folder or drive
- Communicate with vendors to follow up on PR matters
- Maintain and update the PR Control Log accurately
- Track, reserve, and revise PRs according to final costings
- Replace reserved PRs with final approved versions and archive them in the shared location
- Prepare and amend Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) as needed
- Compile monthly Planned Maintenance System (PMS) submissions from the fleet and save them in the shared drive, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained
- Support general administrative processes related to the fleet
- Ensure adherence to the requirements of the company's ISM system
- Keep organized records and submit them regularly to vessel owners for review
- Review and audit fleet filing systems, including trade and statutory certifications, on a consistent basis
- Provide secretarial support to senior management when required
- Assist with administrative duties such as visa applications and verification of employee claims
- Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Contribute to the planning and execution of industry-specific marketing campaigns
- Help in producing marketing materials such as brochures, company profiles, exhibition content, and digital media
- Assist in organizing company participation in industry exhibitions, networking events, and conferences
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign results and digital interaction metrics
