
Associate, Merchant Success

- Partner with restaurant partners to enable smooth adoption, optimize system configurations, streamline workflows, and maximize revenue
- Design and deliver training programs and materials that equip restaurant managers and staff to confidently use platform features and operate efficiently
- Identify operational gaps and root causes during training or support, and take corrective action where possible
- Provide high-touch, on-ground support during onboarding and critical service periods, strengthening partner confidence and ensuring smooth adoption
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for urgent operational issues, ensuring business continuity through timely resolution or escalation
- Share ground-level insights with Product, Ops, and Commercial teams to validate features and support scalable rollouts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
- Customer-first mindset with strong communication and client management skills
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively engage with a diverse merchant base
- Problem-solving and analytical ability to turn data and feedback into actionable improvements
- Experience collaborating across teams to execute strategic initiatives
