Job description​Our client in the AI space is currently hiring a Product Specialist to cultivate relationships and uncover the core needs and priorities our customers seek in our technology.​You will have knowledge of the product and how it can be of benefit to customers. They will work closely with prospective customers during their Proof of Value (or trial) period, providing expert advice on their live projects or cases. Working alongside Account Executives, Product Specialists will help to convert prospects into customers.In addition, you will assist Support and Technical Specialists to ensure a customer has a successful experience of the technology and help them to make the most of their AI technology investment.​ResponsibilitiesWork with Account Executives to deliver successful Proof of Values and manage live projects from planning stages to final reviewAct as an expert of products, supporting the sales team in converting these prospectsUnderstand the individual use cases, review requirements and needs of each prospect during the Proof of ValueBe a trusted adviser and authority on the product to the prospect during the Proof of ValueProduct Specialists will work with Support and Technical operations teams to co-ordinate and resolve technical issues for customersDesign custom workflows and solutions for live cases​RequirementsBachelor's or Master's Degree in a scientific or analytical discipline with distinctionExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenArticulate, charismatic and confident in a customer-facing role, with ability to present to individuals with varying degrees of knowledgeHighly-detail oriented with a problem-solving attitudeAbility to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment whilst delivering to deadlinesOrganised with excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritise effectively​Please email your resume to Abigail Poh at AbigailP@charterhouse.com.sg for a confidential discussion.EA License no.: 16S8066 | Reg.
