- Assume a sales-focused role to meet assigned sales targets and generate revenue for the company.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with existing customers, including carrier partners and internal stakeholders.
- Work outsourcing projects with MNOs to increase the market share of voice & SMS
- Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, margin, and the acquisition of new accounts for each product assigned by the team leader.
- Drive the development of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships for Voice & A2P SMS wholesale collaborations.
- Formulate market and sales strategies to achieve targets while managing existing partner relationships.
- Collaborate with various departments to establish pricing strategies, enhance product offerings, and coordinate marketing initiatives.
- Engage in business travel to attend international conferences, nurture customer relationships, and pursue new business opportunities abroad.
- Promote and strengthen the company's brand image by exemplifying professionalism and sustainability in all aspects of work.
