
Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Sales - International Wealth and Premier Banking

- Proactively acquire new mortgage customers through property agents, brokers, developer launches, lawyers and HSBC's internal channels
- Promote cross-sell opportunities to NTB and existing clients
- Conduct mortgage advisory sessions to understand customers' financial needs
- Provide professional advice on HSBC mortgage packages and rates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers and ferral networks
- Attend property launches, roadshows and marketing events to generate new leads
- Ensure all sales activities are conducted in full compliance with MAS regulations and HSBC internal policies
- Maintain and conduct proper documentation and KYC , disclosure and suitability assessments
- 2 years' mortgage sales experience in a bank or financial institution with strong sales track record
- Strong understanding of Singapore mortgage products, pricing and regulatory requirements
- Excellent sales drive and negotiation skills
- Customer centric with ability to build long term relationships
- Independent, self-motivated and results oriented
- Good teamwork to collaborate with internal stakeholders
