- Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of trust with key senior-level client decision makers and influencers within the Industrial businesses in Singapore.
- Develop and expand industry market and network to obtain latent investment information leading to timely and consistent opportunity identification, thereby enabling early win work strategies through engagement with potential clients.
- Work with and collaborate with internal business units and functions to develop business opportunities from identification to order.
- Formulate and implement business development strategies and capture plans that are effective and in line with overall company business growth strategy.
- Achieves revenue targets by increasing order intake, sales and revenue spend per account.
- Have a good understanding of our services, our competition in the industry and positioning.
- Able to establish and maintain trustworthy relationships with clients by providing professional support, information and guidance.
- Possesses basic industry knowledge and able to understand technical requirements when interacting with clients.
- You should be confident, assertive, empathic, self-driven and focused.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or other relevant fields
- More than 10 years of experience in business development work in the biopharmaceuticals, chemicals and/or semiconductor sector
- Strong communication skills with both external and internal stakeholders
- Availability to travel, possession of own car with valid license shall be an advantage
