- Develop and implement PMO policies, standards, and best practices, including governance models, approval workflows, and compliance protocols.
- Manage the complete portfolio of Martech and digital projects, ensuring proper intake, prioritization, and monitoring of KPIs such as health, timelines, and ROI.
- Provide leadership for high-risk and critical projects, direct escalations, and ensure success criteria, risk registers, and contingency plans are established.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads for resource and capacity planning, optimizing productivity and utilization.
- Oversee project financials, including revenue, cost management, and profitability; track billability, utilization, and P&L performance in collaboration with Finance.
- Lead and mentor project managers and coordinators, guiding performance evaluations, skill development, and career planning to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing consistent updates via dashboards, reports, and project reviews while managing client expectations.
- Implement proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies and manage structured change management processes.
- Conduct project audits, milestone reviews, and retrospectives, capturing lessons learned to enhance future delivery.
- Support pre-sales efforts by collaborating on scoping, estimation, and feasibility assessments, validating delivery capabilities, and ensuring seamless handover to delivery teams.
- Stay current with Martech tools, platforms, and trends, guiding teams to adopt innovations that enhance project delivery and client experience.
- 12+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience establishing and leading a PMO, preferably in digital or Martech environments.
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, project governance, and resource management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Experience in consulting or digital agency environments is advantageous.
- Must hold the necessary security clearance to manage government projects.
