- Manage and assess complex migrant workers' well-being cases (including housing, food, and employment matters) through effective stakeholder engagement with employers, MOM divisions, government agencies, and external partners. • Document case details accurately in relevant systems, stay updated on prevailing policies, and proactively identify emerging issues requiring timely intervention. • Drive process improvement initiatives through stakeholder reviews, workflow redesign, and implementation of service enhancement projects to optimize operational efficiency and sustainability. • Oversee administrative functions, including office administration, asset management, and procurement, ensuring alignment with corporate procedures and effective budget management.
- Possess tertiary qualifications. • Experience in data management, analysis, and evaluation would be an advantage • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders at all levels.
