This is a new headcount in the business with growth potential to take on a regional portfolio within the business. You will be working closely with the Directors on all Compliance and Governance work for the firm.Responsibilities:

Oversee the Compliance and Governance framework for the business in Singapore
Provide Compliance and Business Advisory to global stakeholders
Create and spearhead new internal Governance and Compliance processes for the firm
Assist in MAS reporting matters and to liaise with various counterparts on policies and procedures.
Monitor and remediate any Risk and gaps within the business.

Requirements:

A bachelors degree in a reputable university
At least 3 years in a Compliance or governance function.
Ability to work independently in a lean team
Prior exposure to the Infra or Asset Management space would be a plus.
CMS licensing application experience preferred
