  • Perform financial analysis and reporting on actual performance, including sales, material costs, overheads, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) on company performance, sales, plant operations, and working capital.
  • Support monthly financial closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes, including participation in strategic and planning dialogues.
  • Conduct working capital and inventory analysis, and drive improvement initiatives in collaboration with business and operations teams.
  • Lead sales controlling and analysis across divisions, sectors, and customer segments.
  • Contribute to cost-saving, process improvement, and automation projects, including support for ad hoc management requests.
  • Participate in the implementation and enhancement of financial systems, including the S/4HANA project.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA).
  • Experience in a manufacturing organization is preferred.
  • Strong background in financial analysis, accounting, and reporting.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and Capex evaluation.
  • Skilled in interpreting financial ratios and performance metrics.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
