- Assist in coordinating recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing materials and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain and update HR records, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Collaborate with various HR teams on cross-functional and strategic HR projects.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- A team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications.
