- Must be able to commit min. 3 continuous months or more - work in office
- Locals only
- 5 days week (Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm).
- Assist in updating employee data
- Assist in checking and processing monthly payroll
- Managing the recruitment, onboarding & offboarding process
- Perform ad-hoc duties and other HR & admin duties as assigned
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- No experience is required. Entry level is welcome to apply
- Proven experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in writing and speaking in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
