
WPM Leader - Regional Accounts & Variable FM Delivery Leader

- Ensure the implementation of WPM Standards with any required configuration for each market.
- Drive the optimisation and excellence in service delivery by working with the Regional Account Leaders and Managing Directors / Group Account Executives who manage our Regional Accounts.
- Target and drive improvement in profitability by working with Account Teams.
- Develop the strategy and implementation for self-performance of services (in-sourcing in accordance with our standard country delivery model).
- Partner with Account Leaders to resolve any significant operational issues.
- Identify talent and support overall succession planning for WPM resources assigned to accounts.
- Act as the ‘Team Captain’ for other WPM SBL resources within our Regional Accounts (e.g., HSSEQ, Engineering) and other functional teams that deliver WPM services (such as Sourcing).
- Work with sourcing to define any specific third-party suppliers required to deliver part of the overall WPM delivery, including leveraging preferred suppliers.
- Be the subject matter expert (SME) for WPM services in Regional Accounts, supporting sales, renewals, and growth opportunities.
- Implement JCAP (our business assurance program) and other processes to ensure regulatory compliance across our Regional Accounts.
- Define evolving technology or delivery needs based on feedback from account teams, sales pursuits, and the market. Work with the leadership team to prioritise and come up with solutions.
- APAC Variable FM Delivery Leader comprising the following:
- Overall accountability for the Variable FM model in APAC, including:
- Delivery execution
- Solutioning for new business/renewals (lead for Regional & Global opportunities)
- Operating model
- Liaising with JBS
- Working with GEO WPM Leaders and Functional SMEs to ensure the model is being leveraged and the following is tracked and addressed:
- Operational and Commercial performance
- Financial management
- Risks
- Policy/ procedure improvement opportunities
- Operational challenges
- Escalations
- Model iterations
- Strategy, Operating Excellence, Innovation, Quality and Performance – 40%
- Issue Resolution/Troubleshooting – 20%
- Talent Recruitment and Development – 10%
- Solutions Development Support – up to 30%
