Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales plan that includes new and existing sales strategies for large key accounts in the Philippines, Singapore and Indonesia. Plays a leading role in driving the sales strategy for the organization’s largest and most complex clients. Help manage largest, most strategically important global accounts. Ensures professional sales coordination and account planning and resolves possible account ownership issues. Responsible for proposals, account or market plans, and forecast/report sales activity.Key ResponsibilitiesPlay a lead role in driving a cross-regional sales team and internal employees to penetrate key accounts and aggressively expand relationshipsGather detailed information about account, identify decision-makers, understand strategic business challenges and priorities, and lead team in analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to accountsEnsure professional sales coordination and account planning and resolve possible account ownership issuesResponsible for proposals, account or market plans, and forecast/report sales activityKey RequirementsBachelor’s degree/diploma with 15+ years of relevant experience.Proven track record of success as an individual contributor to the banking software industry, specifically within Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia market.Vast experience in selling enterprise software solutions (Risk & ALM) to banks and with a deep understanding of their workflows and challenges.Strong network of contacts and relationships with key decision-makers (CFO & CRO)Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willingness to travel as required.
