We are hiring a commercially driven Zinc Trader to oversee trading activities in both concentrates and refined zinc markets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our global trading footprint and building strategic offtake and marketing relationships with miners and industrial consumers.Key Responsibilities:Originate, structure, and manage trades in zinc concentrates and refined zinc across global markets.Analyze treatment charges, freight spreads, and smelter economics to identify arbitrage and optimization opportunities.Build long-term offtake and supply relationships with miners, smelters, and end-users.Negotiate annual and spot contracts with a clear focus on risk-adjusted return.Collaborate with risk, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution and contract fulfillment.Stay current on market developments, policy shifts, and pricing benchmarks (e.g. Platts, Fastmarkets).
