We are seeking an experienced Nickel Trader to join a dynamic and expanding base metals trading desk. This role requires deep market insight, strong client relationships, and a proven ability to capture physical arbitrage and manage derivative exposure across LME and OTC markets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute profitable nickel trading strategies across physical and derivative markets (LME, OTC).Source and sell physical nickel from global producers, refiners, and consumers.Structure, price, and negotiate offtake, tolling, and supply agreements.Monitor and analyze nickel market fundamentals including ore supply, stainless and battery demand, and inventory flows.Manage price risk through futures, options, and structured products.Build and maintain relationships with smelters, miners, refiners, financial institutions, and logistics providers.Work cross-functionally with operations, risk, compliance, and legal teams.
