
Manager - ServiceNow Demand and Release (Corporate IT)

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and product leads to gather and prioritize demand requests related to SPM, IRM, ITSM, and ITAM modules
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive demand management process to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Define release management strategies for ServiceNow platform updates and module enhancements
- Coordinate with development teams to plan and schedule releases, considering dependencies and potential risks
- Communicate release schedules, status updates, and impact assessments to relevant stakeholders
- Lead the creation and maintenance of release documentation, including release notes and deployment instructions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions during module updates and releases
- Participate in change management processes and assess the impact of changes on the ServiceNow modules
- Implement best practices for version control and configuration management within the ServiceNow environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven 7 years of experience in demand and release management for ServiceNow platform modules, particularly SPM, IRM, ITSM, and ITAM
- In-depth knowledge of demand management processes and methodologies
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and release management best practices
- Experience coordinating releases in complex, multi-module ServiceNow environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in SPM, IRM, ITSM, or ITAM is a plus
