- Own and manage growth of a portfolio of new, mid-market advertisers and ad agencies, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively educate clients on how to succeed on adjoe: campaign best practices, platform dynamics, KPIs, bidding logic, and growth levers.
- Monitor campaign performance, diagnose potential issues, and surface actionable insights to help partners scale effectively.
- Identify quick wins and opportunities that improve ROAS, increase adoption of adjoe features, and expand advertiser spend.
- Communicate with and support partners in real time through WeChat, email, Slack, and calls—building trust and transparency from day one.
- Collaborate closely with the Demand Sales and Demand Growth Managers to hand off mature accounts and take over shrinking accounts, informing mid-to-long-term growth strategies.
- Translate partner feedback and pain points into ideas for product improvements, internal tooling, or process enhancements.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Growth, Product, Analytics, and Engineering to troubleshoot issues and support smooth partner experiences.
- Contribute to a culture of learning and experimentation by sharing insights, documentation, and new approaches with the broader team.
- You have 3+ years of experience in account management and operations, preferably in the adtech or the mobile advertising space with a proven track record
- Based in Singapore with a deep understanding of the local Chinese market and culture.
- Bilingual communicator: fluent in both Mandarin and English, able to navigate global and local conversations with ease
- You understand the standard KPIs used in adtech (CPI, IPM, eCPM, CPC, Conversion, Retention, ARPU, ROAS etc.)
- You have experience using a CRM are an expert with Google Suite (especially, with Sheets and Slides)
- You are hungry to make a real impact in sales and win mid-market clients in GCR and other APAC countries.
