- Own and evolve Nomad’s visual identity and creative direction across all marketing channels
- Collaborate with a dedicated brand agency to refine Nomad’s visual identity, develop campaign concepts, and scale creative output.
- Develop and maintain a brand playbook, templates, and scalable design systems
- Guide and mentor regional designers and marketers on implementing the brand system effectively
- Localize global brand campaigns in collaboration with teams in China, Europe, and Southeast Asia
- Collaborate with marketing leads to plan branded campaigns and asset needs
- Champion visual storytelling and continuously elevate the brand through thoughtful, cohesive design
- Bring structure and clarity to how design work is created, reviewed, and adopted across time zones
- 6–8 years of experience in visual design, brand design, or creative direction
- Proven ability to build brand systems and mentor other designers or creative contributors
- Excellent portfolio showcasing consistent brand thinking across multi-channel campaigns
- Strong communication and feedback skills—you can explain design decisions clearly to designers and non-designers alike
- Experienced in working with remote or cross-regional teams, and able to balance creative vision with cultural nuance
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of maintaining quality across distributed workflows
- Comfortable working in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and project collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Slack)
