What you’ll achieveAs an Innovation Designer, you will:

Assist senior designers in creating innovative solutions, translating ideas.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas
Be excited to experiment with different approaches and take ownership of parts of the design process, from sketching concepts to prototyping
Identify new opportunities by analyzing customer pain points and unmet needs, market trends and competitive gaps.
Contribute to the visual aspects of the design solution, ensuring that designs are aesthetically appealing and consistent with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with design, research and engineering team to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, and market validate new experiences, ideas and innovations

Essential requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design or related filed. Master’s degree is a plus.
At least 3-5 years of experience in product design and innovation with a proven track record of delivering innovative design solutions.
Demonstrating ability to design visual stunning, functional, and innovative design solutions, backed by an impressive portfolio
Ability to synthesize and join the dots across different projects, sources, people to get to compelling opportunities
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
