As a Finance Operations Specialist at OCBC Property Services Private Limited, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes. To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a deep understanding of real estate operations and a keen eye for detail. You'll work closely with various teams to identify and resolve issues, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in driving success in this role.What you doOversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports in accordance with relevant accounting standardsConduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvementLead and coordinate budgeting and forecasting exercises with various teamsDrive or contribute to the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions for repetitive tasksDevelop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to enhance data visualisation and financial insightsIdentify and resolve issues, implementing process improvements as neededCollaborate with various teams, including finance, risk, and compliance, to ensure seamless operationsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policiesWho you areA degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in finance operationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectivelyExperience with Microsoft Power BI and Robotic Process Automation processAbility to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including finance, risk, and compliance teamsStrong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesWhat we offer:Competitive base salary.
