You will integrate mindful breathwork, functional alignment, and clinical awareness, tailoring classes to the needs of each participant while fostering positive social connection and community.This role requires precision, deep knowledge of the Pilates method, and the ability to inspire and educate. Trainers will be expected to embody MORROW’s philosophy of mind–body empowerment while delivering programming that is safe, effective, and transformative.Key ResponsibilitiesClass Delivery & Mindful Movement
- Facilitate group and private Pilates Reformer classes, ensuring best-in-class safety, alignment, and member engagement.
- Integrate mind–body connection, breathwork, and precision cueing into every session.
- Deliver programming that aligns with MORROW’s carefully curated standards of mindfulness, functional movement, and longevity-focused training.
- Execute MORROW’s Pilates programming, collaborating with the Mindful Movement Zone Lead and Programming Manager.
- Ensure classes are progressive, safe for all levels, and aligned with the six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine, especially Positive Social Connection.
- Leverage medical assessment data and recovery needs to personalise sessions when appropriate.
- Provide clear education on posture, functional movement, and how Pilates supports longevity, mobility, and recovery.
- Encourage members to take ownership of their practice, building confidence and self-awareness.
- Collaborate with allied health teams and Personal Trainers to support clients with specific rehabilitation or alignment needs.
- Maintain the reformer studio environment to the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
- Participate in audits, workshops, and training sessions to continuously improve skills and delivery.
- Represent MORROW’s values in every class and interaction with members.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching Pilates Reformer in a premium studio, wellness, or clinical environment.
- Strong foundation in alignment, anatomy, and injury-prevention protocols.
- Proven ability to teach both private sessions and group classes with clarity and safety.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills, with strong emphasis on precision cueing and mindful teaching.
- Alignment with MORROW’s mission of education, empowerment, and transformation.
- Pilates Reformer Instructor Certification from a recognised training body (e.g., Polestar, STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, Fletcher, Peak Pilates).
- Registration with the National Registry of Exercise Professionals (NREP) preferred.
- CPR + AED certification mandatory.
- Safe Sport certification preferred.
- Certification in Pilates Matwork to complement Reformer instruction.
- Experience with rehabilitation or clinical Pilates.
- Knowledge of working with special populations (pre/post-natal, post-rehab, older adults).
