Personal Trainers at MORROW embody these values by educating, inspiring, and empowering members to move with confidence, precision, and purpose.Role OverviewPersonal Trainers at MORROW are educators and specialists, responsible for delivering highly personalised, data-informed training experiences. They integrate insights from medical assessments, diagnostics, and lifestyle medicine principles to curate safe, effective, and goal-driven programs.This role demands technical knowledge, clear communication, and the ability to empower members with both results and education. Trainers are expected to use AI-driven tools, functional assessments, and evidence-based protocols to ensure every session is precise, personalised, and impactful.Key ResponsibilitiesPersonalised Coaching & Program Delivery
  • Develop and deliver individualised training programs based on each member’s medical assessment profile (e.g., blood biomarkers, DEXA scans, cardiovascular fitness, mobility assessments).
  • Utilise AI-powered strength equipment and performance tracking tools to monitor progress and refine programming.
  • Integrate functional movements, alignment, breathwork, and mindful exercise into every program.
  • Educate members on proper form, biomechanics, and the connection between today’s training and tomorrow’s health outcomes.
Assessment & Integration
  • Conduct movement screenings and physical assessments to supplement medical data.
  • Work with Medical and Allied Health teams (physicians, physiotherapists, dietitians) to integrate exercise prescriptions into broader health and lifestyle plans.
  • Adapt programming for members with specific conditions, limitations, or rehabilitation needs, always prioritising safety and sustainability.
Member Empowerment & Education
  • Teach members how to use equipment effectively, including AI-powered machines, to encourage independent and safe training.
  • Provide ongoing education on exercise science, recovery, and lifestyle habits that support long-term results.
  • Empower members to track their progress, celebrate milestones, and build ownership of their journey.
Collaboration & Community
  • Collaborate with the Head Coach and Programming Manager to ensure consistency and integration of PT services into overall programming.
  • Work closely with Group Fitness Instructors to provide progression pathways for members transitioning from group classes to personal training (and vice versa).
  • Foster community through personal connection, celebrating member growth and results.
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain accurate client records, progress notes, and training logs.
  • Ensure all equipment is used safely and effectively.
  • Uphold MORROW’s brand standards in every session, ensuring a consistent, high-touch experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Trainer in premium fitness, medical fitness, or wellness environments.
  • Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, strength & conditioning, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver safe, progressive, and evidence-based training programs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, motivational coaching.
  • Comfort with technology, AI-powered training equipment, and data-driven programming.

Required Certifications (Singapore-recognised)Candidates must hold advanced certifications accredited or recognised in Singapore, such as:
  • ACE Certified Personal Trainer (via FIT Asia accredited program)
  • NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or NSCA CPT (via NSCA Singapore)
  • Sport Singapore–accredited Fitness Instructor Certification (FIC)
  • Basic Exercise Science (BES) / Exercise Science certifications recognised under NREP
  • CPR + AED certification (mandatory)
  • Registration with the National Registry of Exercise Professionals (NREP) and Safe Sport certification highly preferred.
Nice to Have
  • Postgraduate studies or certifications in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Sports Medicine.
  • Certification in special populations (rehabilitation, chronic conditions, diabetes, pre/post-natal).
  • Experience working in clinical wellness or medical fitness facilities.
