- Deliver on AMDs revenue, unit and market share goals
- Manage a detailed forecast & multiple quarter pipeline (SFDC)
- Implement go-to-market and sales-out strategies that grow revenue base and market share
- Be the face of AMD to all key customers in the assigned regions
- Build/Execute, in partnership with AMD Marketing, GTM strategy across multiple distributors and partners
- Identify customer challenges and insert a compelling AMD value proposition to address challenges
- Ideally have existing relationships with key SIs, VAR & resellers. Previous experience selling into Enterprise and Government highly desirable.
- Strong historical interaction and relationship with Partner Sales team of key OEM’s (For example HPi, HPE, Dell, Lenovo, LG, Acer, Asus and others)
- Build confidence and awareness around AMD offerings within the sales teams at key OEMs and resellers
- Business relationship with ecosystem partners such as Microsoft and others.
- Demonstrated success in a comparable role, developing strong customer relationships which have led to sales success
- An established background in technology sales with at least 5 years’ progressive experience
- Ideally also have previous experience working with OEMs such as HPI, HPE, Lenovo, Dell and others
- Demonstrated effectiveness working in a cross-matrix organization
- Thrives in an autonomous environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related discipline preferred
