- Extensive experience in B2B and D2C marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful, data-driven, multi-channel campaigns that drive growth and brand awareness across diverse markets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and leading high-performing regional marketing teams. Experience in influencing business decisions and shaping marketing strategies across markets.
- Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and cultural nuances across APAC, with a proven ability to adapt strategies for both mature and new markets.
- Proven ability to manage regional budgets and drive ROI through effective marketing spend.
- Creative and innovative, with the ability to think outside the box and drive growth through new and experimental marketing tactics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
- A results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
