- Develop platform-specific strategies that maximize each channel's unique capabilities and audience behaviour
- Cultivate strong relationships with platform partners to gain early access to new features and innovations
- Uplift the entire team's social capabilities through knowledge sharing and collaborative learning
- Partner with clients to build understanding and buy-in for social-first approaches
- Work across teams to identify cross-platform insights that inform better social strategies
- Ensure social strategies integrate seamlessly with brand platforms and broader marketing initiatives
- 10-12 years' experience in brand and social strategy with demonstrated expertise in:
- Collaborative partnership with brand and creative teams
- Driving social transformation across multiple brands simultaneously
- Building strategic relationships with platform partners
- Elevating team capabilities through knowledge sharing
- Deep understanding of how social platforms create business impact:
- Platform-specific content optimization strategies
- Paid-organic integration approaches
- Performance analysis and optimization
- Algorithm understanding across major platforms
- Proven ability to translate brand strategies into platform-specific social approaches
- Experience working in collaborative team environments rather than siloed structures
- Background in helping brands transition from traditional to social-first marketing approaches
- Track record of building strategic consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience in prestige beauty, personal care or adjacent consumer categories
