Embracing digital technology and agile practices, TPD delivers innovative, people-centric solutions with efficiency and empathy at its core.Role SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated Product Manager/Product Qwner with a strong enthusiasm for transforming complex policies and processes into intuitive digital experiences.Your key responsibilities include overseeing the entire product lifecycle of a digital product, including designing, building, deploying and improving the product in support of the organisation’s strategy and business objectives.Product Vision and StrategyDevelop and articulate clear product vision, strategy and roadmapProduct DiscoveryLead user research to identify pain points and inefficiencies in current workflowsValidate problem statements through data analysis and user interviewsProduct Development and DeliveryLead an agile development team, working closely with engineers and designersManage product backlog, define acceptance criteria, prioritise the delivery of features that maximise value to the organisationDefine and track relevant metrics/key performance indicators to measure product adoption, success and satisfaction;Conduct risk assessment and mitigation to ensure compliance with Whole-of-Government and MAS policies, with the support of officers from MAS’ Technology Group;Stakeholder ManagementPartner departments and other stakeholders to reimagine business processes where necessary such that the product meets organisational priorities;Drive change management to support users in product adoption and new ways of working;Present product strategies and outcomes to senior management[What we are looking for]At least 3 years of product management experience, preferably in G2B/B2B productsTrack record of launching successful digital products and driving change management initiativesExperience in leading cross-functional teamsKnowledge of design thinking and user research methodologiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities with a user-centric mindsetSeld-driven with ability to work autonomouslyAs part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.All applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
