Open to fresh graduates or candidates with a diploma; retail or sales experience is a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities:

Engage with walk-in customers to promote and demonstrate small home appliances (e.g. blenders, rice cookers, air fryers, vacuum cleaners).
Provide product recommendations based on customers' needs and explain key features, functions, and benefits.
Drive sales performance by achieving monthly sales targets and upselling complementary products.
Maintain an attractive and organized display area to ensure strong product visibility.
Handle basic after-sales service, warranty guidance, and customer queries.
Keep up to date with product knowledge and competitor offerings.
Work closely with Best Denki store staff to maximize visibility and sales opportunities.
