Business Development Executive

• Utilize your prospecting skills and a variety of tools (CRM Database, LinkedIn, industry events) to generate leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and expand our market reach.
• Business Development and hunt for new business, dive deep into industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify untapped opportunities and refine our value proposition.
• To close deals and build relationships, develop and deliver compelling pitches, negotiate contracts, and exceed sales targets while nurturing long-term client relationships.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, provide market feedback, and contribute to product development.
• Track your sales performance, generate reports, and analyze data to forecast future sales and identify areas for improvement.

• Degree, Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing and any related discipline
• Min 3 years of sales and cold calling experience from speciality tea, coffee industry and targeting F&B outlets, café, hotel and corporate etc
• Demonstrated experience in business development or sales with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of the sales process, lead generation techniques, and negotiation strategies.
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
