- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets with senior project managers.
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure project milestones are met according to schedule.
- Communicate project objectives, requirements, and expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget to identify potential risks and issues.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements, address concerns, and make decisions.
- Document project requirements, decisions, and changes using appropriate documentation tools and templates.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
- Identify project risks and issues proactively and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making to address project challenges and obstacles.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in a related industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only.
