- Take full ownership of Own Retail & Franchise commercial success through Operations Excellence & leveraging daily retail KPI's ,
- Drive and execute project level work streams across functions to effect and enhance overall retail business.
- Analyze relevant data to probe and challenge the status quo with both Retail Back Office partners and Area Managers
- Aid & Partner through analytics, with the Retail Director to Coach Area Managers to increase their store's sales, productivity, and profitability with the analytical view of status and vision.
- Drive a analytical view on improving the daily Retail store KPI's , looking at past , status quo and Future goal.
- Assess and make recommendations to improve the commercial viability and availability of products for the stores. How can this be utilized for in-season & Pre-season trading.
- Have a interest on utilizing data to help understand consumer behavior, product range , sell throughs , campaign performance etc, to be able to make pragmatic and quick decisions without losing opportunities.
- Spend focused time on the sales floor during store visits to determine various levers across Operations, Product , & Retail formula.
- Collaborate with SEA & Emerging Market teams by aligning local ambitions to HUB guidance.
- Liaise with Emerging market & SEA retail teams , to bring Best practices to SG retail team,, to maximize the support from the HUBS , with the ambition to improve the market business.
- Along with Area Managers through the lens of analytics and brand guidance look at proper in-store Brand execution along with marketing team to establish standards and directives, in all stores within the country.
- Plan and prioritize structured store visits to maximize the performance.
- Dedicate a minimum of 3.5 days per week to completing store visits and ensure all stores in the country are visited at least once per month.
- Create a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing performance and giving appropriate and prompt feedback including actively managing poor performance.
- Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve your performance.
- Retail back office team (Buying : In season & Pre season , Training , Store Development , Instore specialist , Brand Marketing , Membership , SEA & Emerging Market HUB Retail teams )

- Functional: minimum 8-10 years of direct Retail or Franchise experience, ideally topped by an additional min 2 years on the Marketing or Sales side
- · Management: 3-5 years of management experience preferred
- · Industry: Textile industry (apparel/fashion/footwear) or FMCG
- · Proven track record of high collaboration & negotiation skills
- Advanced Analytics skill to be able to work with data to bring forwards observations and trends that can positively influence business
- Professional Background/Experience
- Functional: At least 5 years of retail management experience with at least 4 years in operations; Must have the ability to influence others within an organization. Result-oriented
- Industry: Preferably in retail/apparel/fashion/FW
- Exposure: Sports
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Sales / Marketing / Retail Management
