- Develop influencer marketing strategies in collaboration with market team leads
- Develop an influencer investment sufficiency model to inform brand growth
- Analyze influencer campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Develop influencer selection strategies and propose influencers for future campaigns
- Conduct trend identification through text mining of product reviews and influencer content; provide agile recommendations for influencer campaign optimization
- Monitor and synthesize influencer content best practices, including the latest trends from both our brand and competitors
- Share key influencer trend learnings with clients and internal teams to inform ongoing strategy
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery in a dynamic and agile environment
- 4+ years of experience in digital planning or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices; influencer marketing experience is a plus
- Strategic, analytical, and logical thinking skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience in critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, adaptable, and agile environment
- Experience with research systems and data-driven decision making
- Results-oriented, proactive, and passionate about driving business growth
- Business-level fluency in English and Japanese as this influencer marketing role covers Japan as its main market, thus the ability to read influencer contents and profiles are necessary
