- Support the annual performance appraisal process, compensation reviews, incentive payouts, and payroll administration.
- Prepare and monitor manpower budgets and staff costs, working closely with the Finance team on monthly reporting and forecasting.
- Manage the end-to-end international assignment process for overseas secondees, including relocation, assignment packages, and tax compliance.
- Collaborate with universities and academic institutions to attract interns and develop a strong talent pipeline.
- Implement employee engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and propose initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in compensation & benefits and international assignments is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels.
- Detail-oriented and confident in working with data and financial figures.
- A proactive, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask and manage tasks independently.
- Eager to learn and able to perform well in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms, particularly SuccessFactors.
