Job Description:
  • This position is for Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB).
  • Conducting research on talent assessment and acquisition.
  • Publishing in scholarly and reputable journals.
  • Developing and analyzing results from surveys and experiments.
  • Overseeing data collections.
  • Creating reports and summaries.
  • Postdoc research fellow will be able to work on research projects of his/her interest.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • PhD completed on the starting date (candidates who have completed and submitted their dissertation may also be considered) in industrial/organizational psychology, or closely related fields such as HR Management, Organizational Behavior, Social Psychology, Industrial Labor Relations or Applied Economics.
  • Strong research capability as evidenced by good publication records.
  • Prior research experience in HRM (selection assessment, and recruitment) is an advantage.
  • Expertise in research methods (including but not limited to field survey-based research design, laboratory experiments).
  • Competence in advanced quantitative data analysis (e.g SPSS, R, Mplus).
  • High levels of conscientiousness, strong communication, and analytic skills.
  • Fluency in English.
