
Acquisition & Growth Manager

- Identify, test, and scale new user acquisition strategies across paid, organic, and product-led growth channels.
- Own and optimise critical conversion funnels from visits to applications.
- Work cross-functionally to launch and iterate on acquisition experiments with strong hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
- Use data to understand what’s working and what’s not—then do more of what moves the needle.
- Explore and build user engagement programs, automation flows, landing pages, content formats, and conversion rate experiments.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product team to identify growth loops and drive activation or reactivation.
- Report on performance, learnings, and next steps with clarity and confidence.
- Min. 5 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, product-led growth, or a related role in a fast-paced B2C environment
- Demonstrated track record of owning metrics and delivering measurable impact.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing concepts, experimentation frameworks, and funnel optimisation.
- Data literate: You’re well-versed in tools like GA4, Amplitude, Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets to drive decisions.
- Comfortable navigating between strategy, planning and execution—you’re hands-on, curious, and resourceful.
- Product growth experience or experience working closely with product and engineering teams is a plus.
- Experience working for an online-based company such as an e-commerce company, is a major plus.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, grit, and bias for action.
