Focus on understanding their unique needs and offering tailored financial solutions. You'll proactively manage your client relationships, identifying opportunities to cross-sell OCBC products and services.   • Source and acquire new middle market clients aligned with OCBC’s profile.
  • Develop strong relationships to increase the use of OCBC products and services.
  • Monitor and manage newly onboarded clients, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Identify high-growth customers for potential transition to our MMEB division.
  • Embrace and implement OCBC’s digital strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to all banking policies and procedures.
