Sales Manager (24-month contract)

- Retail Distribution - Focus on SG IFA and Insurance
- Cover account management in the IFA and the insurance market
- Take care of sales & marketing request from distributors, e.g. campaign support, pitch book, relationship building, meeting clients to share ideas, conduct presentations
- Understand the competitive landscape and provide product distinctions and positioning
- Assist in dissemination and coordinate print quantities of Corporate Actions, Dividend Announcements, Prospectus updates, AGM Forms, Financial Reports
- Provide Platform Information Providers fund information and materials
- Provide operational support for clients liaising with HK Distribution Ops team and the local Transfer Agents
- Assist in the client services function and work alongside the Client Services team to cover the relevant accounts
- Update RFP templates, due diligence questionnaire and any other related fund documents
- Conduct KYC for clients including new onboarding, ongoing monitoring, periodic reviews and offboarding
- Oversee account opening, being main point of liaison between client and Ops/TA
- University Graduates, preferably from a discipline of Business Administration, Finance or Marketing
- 3-5 years' experience in sales/client services, preferably in asset management
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
- Bloomberg, Morningstar (Micropal) skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent customer service attitude and handling skills
- Strong analytical mind and logical sense
- Strong passion for sales, self-motivated and willing to learn
