With a presence in over 90 offices across more than 50 countries, our client serves a diverse range of companies, including multinational corporations, governments, and non-profit organizations.Job DescriptionYour duties will entail:
  • Formulating and executing a comprehensive strategy for acquiring learners, encompassing the development of marketing and sales strategies to meet B2B acquisition targets and KPIs.
  • Identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships with relevant entities such as government bodies, organizations, industry associations, educational institutions, and private sector companies to amplify program visibility, expand reach, and foster collaboration opportunities.
  • Leveraging data and analytics to monitor and assess the efficacy of acquisition and partnership endeavours, and offering data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Supervising a salesforce and coordinating contributions from a diverse multidisciplinary team (comprising marketing, operations, or events colleagues), providing direction, assistance, and mentorship to achieve learner acquisition and partnership objectives.
  • Representing the training offering at industry gatherings, conferences, and networking events to enhance awareness, spot potential partnership prospects, and engage with government entities.
  • Delivering management reports and insights to the leadership team regarding the outcomes of acquisition and partnership strategies, furnishing insights, recommendations, and progress updates.
The Successful Applicant
  • At least 6 years of experience in B2B Sales and Partnerships, with experience in start-up fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in learner/customer acquisition, partnership cultivation, marketing strategy formulation, or relevant roles, with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing acquisition and partnership objectives.
  • Background in managing accounts for local SMEs or selling products/services to them, with a keen understanding of the distinctive needs and obstacles faced by local SMEs.
  • Experience in overseeing, mentoring, and coaching sales teams or a salesforce.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, lead generation tactics, and marketing strategy crafting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for creative thinking to identify opportunities and surmount obstacles.
  • Previous involvement in collaborating with and establishing partnerships with governmental entities is highly desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
