$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CentralResponsibilities

Perform timely billing/adjustments in Clinic Management System and in insurance portals
Assist the Operations Manager in implementation of initiatives & projects/workflows roll-out.
Respond to doctors/patients' queries and concerns in a professional manner
Stay updated with information regarding insurance programs and funding sources.
Management of patients' records in accordance with PDPA act
Maintain proper infection control standards
Demonstrate proper use and care of medical & IT equipment
Adhere to the policies, procedures, standards protocols in the organization.

Requirements

Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
