• Share the capabilities and prerequisites of the product or system that align with users' objectives and tasks, while interpreting and sharing successful interaction scenarios
• Design the structure and functionality of the system, encompassing information flows and work processes
• Validate and enhance the product through evaluative research methods, ensuring that the design engage users to accomplish their objectives and tasks effectively
