Assistant Engineer, Core Operations

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Core Mobile Network and International Gateway infrastructure
• Be part of the Fraud Management team to strengthen M1's protection against spam/spoof calls and Short Message
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve service-related complaints from customers and overseas partners in a timely manner
• Liaise with vendor and internal unties to perform software patching and upgrades
• Collaborate with internal units to perform execution of configuration change requests

• Minimum Diploma in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of related experience
• Highly motivated individual and good team player with a positive and keen-to-learn attitude
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written English
• Basic technical knowledge on computer networking
• Able to perform standby and shift duties
