Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate, process, and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP.Ensure accuracy of data entry and compliance with procurement policies.Coordinate with requestors, approvers, and vendors to ensure smooth procurement workflow.Monitor and track status of PR/PO to ensure timely approvals and deliveries.Support Finance/Procurement teams with SAP-related queries and troubleshooting.Generate reports and maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes.Job RequirementsGCE O'Level or equivalentProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordMeticulousTeam player with interpersonal skillsAble to commit for 3 months periodSpecialization : Administration / Support Function
