The role is responsible for delivering technical expertise and support for transformer products, including oil-immersed and dry-type transformers. This role acts as a critical interface between project management teams and factory, ensuring the successful deployment, operation, and maintenance of transformer systems in compliance with international standards. A. Interpret and apply international standards such as IEC 60076 and EU 548 to ensure compliance in transformer design and application. B. Provide on-site and remote technical support for transformer installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. C. Coordinate with the project execution team to proactively identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and support both the factory and customer during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT). D. Ensure on-time manufacturing and delivery of transformers in alignment with customer deadlines. E. Support technical discussions with the sales team to understand project requirements and propose suitable transformer solutions. F. Explain transformer specifications including vector groups, impedance, insulation class, and cooling methods (e.g., oil-immersed vs. dry-type). G. Prepare technical documentation and tender compliance materials to support quotation and bidding processes. H. Collaborate proactively with product management team and factory teams to ensure transformer designs meet evolving market requirements. I. a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking b. Experience with electrical distribution systems (MV/LV) and protection systems. 5+ years related experience in Transformer Technical proposing. Have knowledge of the Transformer market and the competitors' offer Knowledge of applicable IEC standards.
