You will deliver professional customer service to ensure smooth operation of the admission centres. This includes managing urgent admissions from outpatient clinics, appointment scheduling, payments, financial counselling and delivering pre-operative instructions to patients. In addition, you will maintain accurate patient records and documentation, as well as participate in quality improvement initiatives.Requirements
GCE 'O' / 'N' Level with at least 1 year of frontline customer service experience
Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Experience with SAP system will be advantageous
Able to work staggered hours between 8.30am and 6.30pm on weekdays
